Refund policy:

  • All cancellation and refund requests must be done on or before 29 Feb, 2020 (Riyadh Time, GMT+3)
  • Refund requests on or before 29 Feb, 2020 will be made to the same payment method only. For direct transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the total amount. For credit/debit card payment, refund processing fee of SAR 100 will be deducted.
  • Any request after 29 Feb, 2020 will not be refundable.
  • The registration cannot be transferred to another attendee.
  • Attendee is responsible to arrange his/her flight, accommodation, and transportation from/to the venue.
