Refund policy:
- All cancellation and refund requests must be done on or before 25 Feb, 2021 (Riyadh Time, GMT+3)
- Refund requests on or before 25 Feb, 2021 will be made to the same payment method only. There will be refund processing fee of SAR 100.
- Any request after 25 Feb, 2021 will not be refundable.
- Online participants should have sufficient internet connection as they will join the training via ZOOM. They also need to attend the two days training and complete the quiz and evaluation.
- Online registration is ONLY available for international participants located outside Saudi Arabia.
