Refund policy:

• All cancellation and refund requests must be done on or before 25 Feb, 2021 (Riyadh Time, GMT+3)
• Refund requests on or before 25 Feb, 2021 will be made to the same payment method only. There will be refund processing fee of SAR 100.
• Any request after 25 Feb, 2021 will not be refundable.
• Onsite participants are responsible to arrange flight, accommodation, and transportation from/to the venue.
